Already received a link to register but have questions? Here’s all the info you need to fill out our new electronic registration form:
1. Open the Registration Link
Click on the Google Word Doc link provided in email from our executive director.
2. Review the Information Carefully
Each section of the form is designed to gather details specific to your school or center. Please read each section
thoroughly before entering your information.
3. Fill Out All Required Fields – Simply click on the box of the following sections and a cursor will populate,
and you can start typing
- Name or School/Center Name
- Church Name
- Contact Information (name, phone, email)
- The date you fill out the form
- Fill out attendees names on each line. Click the box under Attendee and the cursor will populate and you can begin typing in.
- Pre-Conference – For whichever pre-conference that the individual is going to attend simply type “Y’ or “Yes” in that box.
4. Billing Details
If using a check please fill out the following:
- Name on Check
- Check Number
- Total
If you use a Credit Card, please fill out your email for the invoice to be populated for you.
Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays in processing your registration.
5. Submit Your Completed Form
Once all fields are filled, simply close the document. Your responses will automatically save and be visible to
our team.
6. Confirm Your Registration
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email within 3–5 business days. If you do not receive
one, please reach out to us directly.
